SERVICES
Commission Basis
Throughout its history, Medica’s method of operation has proven to be both efficient and cost-effective.
-
Defined by an Agency Agreement, Medica serves as the export department for the manufacturing principal. As agent for the manufacturer, sales are conducted under the trademark of the principal’s name and product only.
-
Medica can create all written agreements, manage distributors, and handle all financing matters concerning payment. In most cases, Medica assumes responsibility for a manufacturer’s entire export function.
-
Our compensation is a commission-based upon completed sales.
Buy/Sell Basis
Alternatively, Medica International, Ltd. is capable of offering its export management services on a buy-sell basis.
-
Product would be shipped from the manufacturing facility to overseas customers. Medica would not take physical possession of the product, but would arrange all shipping instructions and prepare export declarations.
-
Medica would purchase product directly for resale, assume all receivable risk and receive a margin or mark up instead of a commission.
-
Medica would take title to the product, though not physical possession, and consequently act as a master distributor. This relationship is established through an International Distribution Contract.
